Built around one principle: software should do what you built it to do.

ORIC Network Ltd is a software engineering and systems architecture company based in Ghana, building for the world. We work with organisations who have real engineering problems — multi-tenant SaaS that needs to scale, payment systems that need to be bulletproof, AI that needs to be wired into the product rather than bolted on as a demo feature.

Every engagement follows the same principle: understand the existing system before touching it, architect before coding, ship in phases with working software at each phase end, and leave the codebase in better shape than we found it.

We've built EdTech platforms for West African universities, ERP systems for construction companies, church management SaaS, school management platforms with AI exam generators and biometric attendance — and a tutoring marketplace currently serving 600+ active learners. The common thread: systems that run in production, handle real money, and serve real users.

Delivery philosophy

Audit first, code second

We read the codebase before we touch it. Every engagement starts with a technical audit — we won't propose architecture for a system we haven't understood.

Phase-gate delivery

Every project is broken into phases with a working deliverable at each gate. You can review, redirect, or stop. No big-bang reveals.

Never break production

Migrations are idempotent and tested. New features ship behind flags. Database schema changes are incremental and reversible.

Security built in

OWASP Top-10 audit, secret externalization, parameterized queries, RBAC at module level — not optional extras.

Documentation that lasts

Inline comments, API docs, and a clear handover — because the codebase will outlast the engagement.

Honest about fit

If we're not the right team for a project, we say so. We'd rather turn down work than deliver something we can't stand behind.

Let's talk about what you're building.

No consultancy deck. No sales process. Just an honest conversation about your project and whether we're the right fit.
