Wiseway ERP
Bespoke construction-company ERP with 11 modules, statutory payroll, offline-first mobile PWA for site engineers, and an AI executive assistant delivering automated WhatsApp briefings.
The Problem
A construction company needed a system that could manage the full operational reality of a construction business: tracking employees across multiple sites, calculating wages based on attendance records, handling statutory tax deductions verified against Ghana Revenue Authority requirements, processing official letters with e-signatures, and giving executives an operational digest every morning — all while site engineers in the field had limited connectivity.
The Solution
We designed Wiseway ERP as two distinct interfaces: a desktop admin console for head office, and an offline-capable mobile PWA for site engineers. The mobile PWA uses IndexedDB for local storage with a service worker sync queue — site engineers log attendance and daily activity offline, and the data syncs to the server when connectivity is restored.
The statutory payroll engine calculates wages based on attendance records and verifies all deductions against current Ghana Revenue Authority tax tables. The AI executive assistant (Anthropic Claude) runs on a cron schedule, queries the ERP database for key metrics, and sends formatted WhatsApp morning briefs and evening digests via the Meta Business API.
The official-letters module with e-signature support replaced a manual paper-based process. Document management tracks expiry dates for certifications and insurance, with automated alerts when documents are approaching renewal.

Outcome
Wiseway ERP replaced a collection of disconnected spreadsheets and paper-based processes with a single, integrated system. The AI WhatsApp briefings give executives a daily operational snapshot without logging into the system. The offline PWA means site data is captured reliably even in areas with poor connectivity.
